System integration in Miskolc

Make your systems work together: CRM, webshop, invoicing and internal systems — with no manual copying.

System integration

At most companies it's not software that's missing — it's the connections between them: the webshop doesn't talk to inventory, invoicing doesn't see the order, and someone copies data from one system to another by hand, daily, with all the risk that brings. System integration removes exactly that: data is recorded once and automatically reaches everywhere it's needed. We build custom APIs and connections for your existing systems — nothing needs replacing, only connecting. We work from Miskolc with clients across Hungary.

  1. Webshop & inventory

An order updates stock automatically, and stock updates the webshop. You never sell something you don't have.

  2. Invoicing & finance

Completed work becomes an invoice in your existing invoicing system (e.g. Számlázz.hu, Billingo) — without double entry.

  3. CRM & email

Enquiries, quotes and client data in sync with your mailbox and calendar. Nothing gets lost in the inbox.

    / 03
  4. Internal systems & production

ERP, production, warehouse: isolated islands become one coherent system.

    / 04
  5. Reporting & data warehouse

Unified management reports from scattered data — automatically refreshed, instead of copied together by hand.

  6. Custom API development

If a system has no ready-made connection, we build one. We find solutions even for older, closed software.

How we work

How we work

  1. 1

    System map

We survey which systems you use and where manual copying happens today. That sets the order: we start where it hurts most.

  2. 2

    Integration plan & fixed price

We design the connections and data flows, then provide an itemised, fixed-price quote.

  3. 3

    Connect & test

We build the integration and test it on real data in small steps. Your existing systems keep running undisturbed.

  4. 4

    Go-live with monitoring

After launch we watch the data flow and react immediately if anything deviates from the expected.

  5. 5

    Operation & extension

When a system gets upgraded or a new tool arrives, the connection evolves with it — we maintain integrations long term.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Which systems can you connect?
Practically anything with an interface (API), and many things without one: webshops, invoicing tools, CRMs, ERP and warehouse systems, email, spreadsheets. During discovery we look at your specific systems.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
No — that's the whole point. What works well stays; we build the connections between them.
Is this risky for our data?
The integration moves data through controlled, logged channels, and every step is tested before go-live. Manual copying is actually riskier — there, errors go unnoticed.
How much does an integration cost?
It depends on the number and complexity of the systems involved. A single connection — say webshop to invoicing — is quick to build; after discovery you get a fixed-price quote.
How long does it take?
A simpler connection typically takes a few weeks; an integration spanning several systems one to two months. We go live step by step, so the first result shows early.
What happens when one of the systems gets updated?
We maintain integrations long term: on version changes we adjust the connection — at most you'll see a notification about it.
